Cancellation Policy

At Lucari Beauty, I value your time and appreciate your support. To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, please review the following policies: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the loss of your booking fee, and a new deposit will be required to reschedule. Same-day cancellations, for any reason, will be subject to a 30% fee based on the total cost of the scheduled service. If an appointment is rescheduled more than twice, full payment will be required in advance to hold any future bookings. In the event of a no-call/no-show, the booking fee will be forfeited, and future appointments must be paid in full at the time of booking. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
